Conway was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, where he began his dance training at the Fort Wayne Ballet School. He continued at the Virginia School of the Arts, Joffrey Ballet School, and Boston Ballet School. He has been a guest artist with both KUNST-STOFF and the Sacramento Ballet. Conway danced with Alonzo King LINES Ballet from 2002-10. In 2010 Joined Nederlands Dans Theater, in The Hague.
